She's talking about square fingernail tips.

I was going to link a few characters that have it over at RMP, but their site seems way too slow this morning.

.............OH!

XD!

Can't that be fixed in transmapping, then? I know most V4's come with the curved nails, though some texture sets have the square. Maybe pull up a file (if you have one) of one of the character sets that have the square tips and look to see how their maps are made. S'how I figured out how to do eyelash transmapping!

I have Carrara 6 Pro, the making of it should be relatively easy by using the primatives.

Personally, I would try making a plane and go from there.. Once you have your plane, click into your modeling page to start the morphing process. You can thicken the entire plane to make the flat top. I believe you can make more (add polys option) polys on the "bottom" base for the extruding of the body portion, then extrude the "bottom" base inwards to a point where you have the narrow body of the nail. Extrude down to the length you want, and use the point extrude for the tip.

This should work the same (the basis of it, anyway) in Hexagon. Once you have it made, save it as an obj. file in C6Pro. I would choose the Poser proportions in the save menu; I can't remember the proportions off the top of my head, but I know there are Bryce, Poser and more application values to choose from. Try importing the obj. file into Poser then-it should work.
if you use your usercp albums, you can post the image in here (bb code)

I did! I even deleted a few out of my user ablums since it said I had no room left.

I'm not overly stressing over it, mind you... Perhaps it's just my end of the computer world today. Something about the image being over whatever MG, and all I did was click on upload pic under the album. I hadn't even gotten to the screen to choose which picture I was going to upload. Meh. *shrug* No worries, man, really. If/when I really need to get one uploaded, I'll try again.

Today? Not happenin'.
