I found these, but I'm not sure if it's quite what you're after.

Hello all

Im a noob and have been lurking for a couple of days. Ive watched and read some great tutes about modeling conforming clothes. My question is, what is the work flow and order from creating the mesh to using in DS or Poser? Im looking for a general answer here, though anything detailed would be nice too

Thanks Im excited about modeling clothing, as well as props and other things. Im starting with clothes, as Ive had some experience with texturing clothing that others have created.

Hi CH,
I bought the book by Denise Tyler, "Practical Poser 7" and in her GREAT book (really !) she has a whole section on making clothing, both dynamic and conforming. I loaned the book to a pal a couple of years back so can't be more specific, but this is one of the best books ever ! Cost 24 Euros, ordered in English (American) from my local village bookshop.
ISBN 158450 4781-97815845 04788.
Publisher: Charles River Media.

This book is light-years away from any eFrontier/smithmicro documentation and I can't speak highly enough of its value.
